Climate change is a solvable problem – people need to know!

In a world where the words "climate change" often evoke feelings of doom and gloom, it’s not uncommon to feel a sense of hopelessness. The good news is that climate change is a solvable problem! We have highly effective solutions available today. If governments are ready to step up, it is totally possible to safeguard our future. On the forest front, there is a suite of "natural climate remedies" such as halting deforestation, restoring damaged forests, and planting new ones available now. In total, these alone can bring under control a third of the climate crisis. This fact is both extraordinary, as it inspires those tirelessly working to protect and enhance our natural world. 

The more people are aware of these effective strategies, the more momentum we gain to ensure the necessary resources are in place to achieve our critical objectives. That’s where impactful climate messaging comes into play, especially since forest-climate solutions are often unseen and, thus, overlooked. This is why spreading the word is so essential—we cannot let our magnificent forests be depleted because too few witness the devastation. We can’t afford any delays. It’s imperative to motivate action, offering hope with narratives of success alongside those of peril. Our mission is to transform perceptions and motivate collective action to protect the future of our planet.

The UN Environmental Program reports that around 1.9 billion trees are planted globally each year, marking notable progress in restoring our lost forests. Highlighting these successes fuels optimism for our planet's future!
